Lindsay Lohan fired her attorney Shawn Holley, and hired an attorney from New York, but there is just one problem... he can't practice in California without a sponsor!
And oh the sponsor he found....
Her name is Lindsay Berger Sacks.
She was admitted to practice law in 1994 and became an inactive member of the bar 2 years later -meaning she couldn't practice anymore.
Who cares right?
