Billy Ray Cyrus will release a new album called Change My Mind on October 23.  BIlly Ray recently released a video for the title track on the record.

Of course, younger country music fans may not even realize that Miley's dad is a country music singer.  But, Cyrus has consistently released music for the last 20 years.  His debut album, Some Gave All, was one of the most popular country album of all time.
