Few musicians are as particular about food as Carrie Underwood.  She is a vegan who is very particular about the origin of her food.  But, what about when she is on tour?  Most of us know how tough it is to stick to a diet when traveling.  But, for Carrie Underwood, it gets easier.  She tells the Tennessean:

"If I’m having a bad day, I go to the grocery store to buy groceries. There are so many things in my life that I can’t control, but that is something about me that I can control every single bit of it. I think that has something to do with it, too. I kind of become a health nut when I’m on tour.”

Like most major tours, there is catering for bands and crews on Carrie's Blown Away tour.  But, Carrie avoids it and only eats food on her bus.  But, “But, that’s not to say we won’t stop at a truck stop occasionally and I won’t grab a bag of Doritos."

She IS human.  The human will perform at Time Warner Cable Arena on November 3 with Hunter Hayes.
