Taylor Swift will release a new album on October 22 called Red.  The album will be the 22-year-old's fourth studio effort.  The first single from the album is We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.

The country/pop singer-songwriter revealed the news (and album cover) in a Youtube chat with her fans.  She also took questions about acting (she'll only act if she's really interested in the movie) and songwriting (Red will feature a lot of song writing collaborations).
